We did not want the property on MLS and a lot of unqualified buyers taken through our home, so Greg brought by his most qualified buyers and was quickly able to find us a buyer without ever putting it on MLS. Not only did Greg get us a good price, but a price that still to this day exceeds the highest ever recorded sale on the lake.
